21. That applicant be reminded that a build <br />permit for this development cannot be issued <br />until such time as capacity is available in <br />the V.C.S.D. Treatment Plant or other satis- <br />factory arrangements are made for sewage <br />disposal. <br />22. That the .street number be posted so as <br />to be easily seen and read from the street at <br />all times, night and day. <br />23. That paved areas be paved with a minimum <br />of 2-inches A.C. over 5-inches A.B. <br />24. That a detailed grading and drainage p <br />be submitted to and approved by the City <br />Engineer prior to issuance of the building <br />permit. <br />25. That one-site traffic signs as deemed <br />necessary by the Public Works Department be <br />added, said signs to blend with the design <br />of the station. <br />26. That plans of proposed underground flam- <br />able liquid storage and plumbing be submitted <br />to the Fire Department for approval. <br />27. That construction of the station, in- <br />cluding the canopies and supports over the <br />gasoline pumps conform to Section 1102 4b <br />U.B.C. This requirement for non-combustible <br />or one-hour fire resistive construction may <br />be met in any manner acceptable to the City <br />of Pleasanton Building Department. <br />28.
