SCOPE OF WORK (revised 7-14-87, Continued) <br /> <br />4. Geotechnical Services are to be provided to the City by <br /> Merrill, Seeley, Mullen, Sandefur, Inc. for this project <br /> under a separate agreement between the City and MSMS. <br /> <br /> Reimer Associates will coordinate the services of MSMS with <br /> the project team and incorporate the results of their study <br /> into our design. <br /> <br />5. Prepare for and attend two meetings with the property <br /> owners that will be affected by this wall. One meeting <br /> will be at the preliminary design stage to ascertain their <br /> individual concerns. The second meeting would be to <br /> present the proposed improvements and discuss options for <br /> wall height and type. Please see the attached schedule. <br /> <br />6. We will recommend various wall type options and assist the <br /> City in selection of an appropriate wall. We will prepare <br /> wall and footing design details and calculations. <br /> <br />7. We will prepare a Right of Entry form for the City's use in <br /> processing approvals with the residents. <br /> <br />8. Prepare construction plans including: <br /> a. 1" = 40' scale plan sheets <br /> b. Typical wall panels <br /> c. Footing details, including seismic analysis <br /> d. Alignment and construction details related to <br /> wall construction and utility relocations. <br /> e. Technical specifications <br /> f. Quantity estimate <br /> g.
