SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The attached detailed schedule includes our current <br />understanding of the major steps necessary to fast-track this <br />project in the minimum amount of time that can reasonably be <br />expected. The number and magnitude of individual site Specific <br />issues, such as drainage, fence modifications, landscape <br />repairs, etc. may have an impact on the schedule. These are not <br />possible to predict at this time. <br /> <br />FEES <br /> <br />We propose to perform this project on a time and materials <br />basis. The tasks and budgets on the hourly breakdown may be <br />used as a basis for refinement of the specific services the City <br />desires. The attached "Cost of Services Information," dated <br />July 1, 1986, is currently being updated. The revised cost <br />information form will be sent to you shortly. <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES <br /> <br />The following are some supplemental services that may be <br />necessary for this project. We are showing them here to <br />indicate we are prepared to add these services to our scope of <br />work if requested to do so by the City.
