Home Depot, Pleasanton, CA <br />Weekday existing plus approved plus Stanley Home Depot traffic <br />conditions without Johnson Drive Home Depot -Based on existing traffic <br />volumes plus previously approved projects, traffic generated by the Stanley <br />Home Depot project, and assuming that the Johnson Drive Home Depot is <br />closed. Includes roadway projects anticipated to be in place at the same time the <br />project is to be completed. <br />Weekday existing plus approved plus Stanley alternate use traffic <br />conditions -Based on existing traffic volumes plus previously approved projects <br />and traffic generated by three alternate uses on the Stanley Home Depot site. <br />Includes roadway projects anticipated to be in place at the same time the project <br />is to be completed. (Only includes a trip generation and distribution comparison <br />between other development alternatives.) <br />Weekend analysis focused on the peak hour of Saturday and Sunday (i.e. one hour <br />period between 11AM and 1PM) on each day. The weekend analysis was based on the <br />following development conditions: <br />• Weekend existing conditions -Based on current weekend traffic counts and <br />existing roadway geometry and traffic control. <br />• Weekend existing plus Stanley Home Depot traffic conditions -Based on <br />existing traffic volumes and traffic generated by the Stanley Boulevard Home <br />Depot project. Includes roadway projects anticipated to be in place at the same <br />time the project is to be completed. <br />• Weekend existing plus Stanley Home Depot traffic conditions without <br />Johnson Drive Home Depot -Based on existing traffic volumes, traffic <br />generated by the Stanley Home Depot project, and assuming that the Johnson <br />Drive Home Depot is closed. Includes roadway projects anticipated to be in <br />place at the same time the project is to be completed. <br />• Weekend existing plus Stanley Home Depot plus waterslide traffic <br />conditions -Based on existing traffic volumes, traffic generated by the Stanley <br />Boulevard Home Depot project, and traffic generated by the California Splash <br />waterslide park expansion project. Includes roadway projects anticipated to be in <br />place at the same time the project is to be completed. <br />• Weekend existing plus Stanley alternate use traffic conditions -Based on <br />existing traffic volumes and traffic generated by three alternate uses on the <br />Stanley Home Depot site. Includes roadway projects anticipated to be in place at <br />the same time the project is to be completed.
