The three alternate uses include a grocery store to replace the Home Depot with the other uses planned, an Orchard Supply Hardware to replace the Home Depot with tine other uses planned, and an Auto Care/Service Center to replace all the planned uses. Trip generation for the alternative uses was calculated based on rates contained in the Institute of Transportation Engineer's publication, Trip Generation 7th Edition.
