The three alternate uses include a grocery store to replace the Home <br />Depot with the other uses planned, an Orchard Supply Hardware to replace the Home <br />Depot with tine other uses planned, and an Auto Care/Service Center to replace all the <br />planned uses. <br />Trip generation for the alternative uses was calculated based on rates contained in the <br />Institute of Transportation Engineer's publication, Trip Generation 7th Edition. <br />PleasantonHomeDe,c;~3.FinalReport.doc 16 October 16, 2t)o7 <br />
