Home Depot, Pleasanton, CA Weekend Project Trip Distribution and Assignment The project distribution for the California Splash waterslide park expansion was taken from the Shadow Cliffs Waterslide Park Expansion Traffic Impact Study by TJKM Transportation Consultants with 10% of the trips originating east of the waterslide park, 29% of th~~ trips originating northwest of the park, and 61 % of the trips originating southwest of tl-ie park. WEEKEND LEVEL OF SERVICE TRAFFIC CONDITIONS Traffic operations were evaluated under the following weekend development conditions: • Existing Traffic Conditions • Existing + Stanley Home Depot Traffic Conditions • Existing + Stanley Home Depot -Johnson Home Depot Traffic Conditions • Existing + Stanley Home Depot +Waterslide Park Traffic Conditions Results of the analysis are presented in Table 10. Additional detail is provided in the Appendix. It should be noted that the level of service calculated throughout this report does not include the mitigations identified in the original Home Depot Shopping Center Study.
