Home Depot, Pleasanton, CA <br />GROCERY STORE USE <br />Proposes Site Uses <br />Rather than the Stanley Home Depot, an alternative use could include a 65,000 square <br />foot grocery store (similar to the new Safeway "Lifestyle" stores), a 15,789 square foot <br />Pharmacy Drugstore with drive-through, a 5,000 square foot fast food restaurant with <br />drive-through, and 60,500 square feet of retail (an additional 29,000 square feet from <br />what was proposed with the original Stanley Home Depot land use). <br />Weekday Project Trip Generation, Internal Capture, & Pass-by <br />Weekday trip generation was calculated for the proposed uses.
