control and other cultural requirements. Quantitative data for the first year will be collected in the summer of 2009. Balance will carry out the hydrologic monitoring plan described in the mitigation and monitoring plan created under Task 4. Although we have not yet formulated the five-year monitoring plan, we anticipate installing continuous-recording dataloggers in the mitigation wetland and in the Mission Creek diversion structure in order to measure the flows into the wetland and resulting water level fluctuations in the wetland, as well as bypass flows on Mission Creek. Eight site visits per year will be conducted to collect collect data and maintain the dataloggers. Monitoring will be conducted and reported on a water year basis (October 1 through September 30), with the hydrologic monitoring reported in the annual report. Following City review and approval, the first annual report will be submitted to agencies by December 31, 2009. If additional site visits or coordination with the City or landscape contractor are required due to circumstances beyond our control, we will request budget augmentation. Task 12. Project Administration and Team Meetings We have budgeted additional time for coordination among project team members, the City of Pleasanton staff, and agency staff, and administrative activities, such as contracting, invoicing, and work scope development.
