ASSUMPTIONS IN PREPARATION OF PROPOSAL <br />In order to complete our work the following shall be provided by client: <br />We require access to all project reports, aerial photos and maps relating to the site's <br />environmental resources in order to provide the described scope of services in an efficient <br />manner. It is assumed that Client will provide all necessary base maps, site plans, and <br />grading plans. <br />2. Free access to site, even during night hours and periods of rain. <br />After the Client has been notified, within a reasonable time period, we are obligated to <br />report findings or rare, threatened or endangered plant and animal species to the California <br />Natural Diversity Data Base (CNDDB). <br />4. Engineer or planner shall prepare all grading, site and other plans, and final graphics. <br />The client or other project team members shall provide CEQA or NEPA documents, <br />planning, engineering, geotechnical, hazardous waste, and cultural resources. <br />6. Subsurface investigations, including soil testing, are not included. <br />7. The provided scope of work is all-encompassing and complete. Related services not <br />included in this scope of work include, but are not limited to, focused wildlife or plant <br />surveys, hydrological analyses, extensive agency negotiations, attendance at any <br />meetings other than those described, completion or review of any CEQA or NEPA <br />documentation, additional client or agency coordination, presentations, or attendance at <br />public hearings. <br />We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding final approval or acceptance by <br />agencies of survey results, project plans or mitigation measures. <br />City of Pleasanton/proposal7rev2 9 <br />
