We will observe <br />the installation of the four (4) test piles and the installation of fifty-two (52) 45 ton piles and <br />one hundred thirty-eight (138) 70 ton piles. Pile records for each pile will be maintained and <br />will include the following: <br /> <br /> · Pile size, location and number <br /> · Date <br /> <br /> · Time Driven <br /> · Type Hammer <br /> <br /> · Blows/foot <br /> · Tip Elevation <br /> <br /> · Cut-off Elevation <br /> · Comments <br /> <br />Forms and Falsework Inspection (Signet Testing Labs) When requested by the City of <br />Pleasanton, inspection of forms and falsework will be provided for conformance with <br />requirements in Section 51-1.06 "Falsework" of the Standard Specifications and the special <br />provisions presented in Section I 1.09 of the project specifications. <br /> <br />Concrete (Signet Testing Labs) The City of Pleasanton requires special instruction of concrete <br />greater than 2,500 psi in strength. Therefore, all concrete will require the following: <br /> <br /> · Bar size and grade <br /> <br /> · Laps, ties and splices <br /> <br /> · Conformance to the drawings <br /> <br /> · Clearances <br /> <br /> · Cleanliness <br /> <br /> <br />
