JULY 31 ,19 8__7 <br /> <br /> PATRICK MEDIA GROUP, INC. <br /> <br /> Grantor(s ) <br /> <br /> REAL PROPERTY PURCHASE CONTRACT -~' CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> A document in the form of a Ouitclaim Deed covering the property <br /> particularly described therein has been executed and delivered to John W. <br /> Fenstermacher, Assistant Chief, Real Estate Division, County of Alameda, <br /> acting on behalf of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> In consideration of which, and the other considerations hereinafter <br /> set forth, it is mutually agreed as follows.. <br /> <br /> 1. The parties have herein set forth the whole of their agreement. <br /> The performance of this agreement constitutes the entire consideration for <br />· said documents and shall relieve the City of Pl easanton of al 1 further <br /> obligation or claims on this account. <br /> <br /> 2. The City of Pleasanton shall: <br /> <br /> (A) Pay the undersigned grantor(s) the sum of $17,757.00 in <br /> accordance with Schedule "An Caltrans rate schedule for the <br /> interest as conveyed by above document for grantor~s adver- <br /> tising structure(s) located on the south side of Stanley <br /> Boulevard approximately 1.2 Miles East of Santa Rlta Road on <br /> lands owned by Pacific Gas and Electric Company that has <br /> been removed by the City of Pleasanton in connection with <br /> the City of Pleasanton widening and improvement of Stanley <br /> Boulevard. <br /> <br /> 3. The undersigned grantor agrees that acceptance of the cornpen= <br /> sation to be paid under the terms of this contract constitutes a <br /> waiver of any rights to any other compensation to which grantor <br /> would otherw i se be entl tled and i s i n 1 ieu of the Just cornpen= <br /> sation that it might have received if the removal had been <br /> required by the City of Pleasanton while exercising its right of <br /> eminent domain. <br /> <br /> <br />
