The underslgned grantor agrees that If the structures are <br /> tel ocated: <br /> <br /> (a) within one year after the lnitlal removal; <br /> <br /> (b) to a new location within ltSO0 feet of the former location; and <br /> <br /> (c) on any contiguous property owned by the grantor's lessor or <br /> permittoP at the time of Initial removal; <br /> <br /> The grantor shall be entttled to only a relocatton allowance.
