CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-385 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL PROPERTY PURCHASE CONTRACT AND <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED FROM PATRICK SIGN COMPANY <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Patrick Sign Company, <br /> regarding purchase of several billboards in conjunction <br /> with the Valley Avenue Extension Project, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Quitclaim Deed from Patrick Media Group, Inc. to <br /> the City of Pleasanton for right-of-way taken from <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric is hereby accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 1, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None NE~MERCE~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ~ <br /> O <br /> KE R <br /> <br /> t C t <br /> By Doris George, Depu y i y Clerk <br /> <br /> [reter~ b'. ~Donald, dlt9 'A ' orn y <br /> <br /> <br />
