~ ~ <br />determination of such share,in the event it is not made part <br />of an assessment district, shall be done on an equitable <br />.basis. <br />III. WATER. SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS <br />Developer agrees to pay his share of the cost of the <br />water facilities necessary to serve the subject site or made <br />necessary due to-the cumulative development of the North <br />Pleasanton area over and above those facilities to be provided <br />subject. property by the terms of City Council Resolution No. <br />78-81 Water facilities necessary shall be those identified <br />as short-and long-term improvements identified in the above- <br />.." mentioned study and as deemed necessary by the City Engineer. <br />Developer agrees to participate in the funding of such <br />improvements concurrent with the development of the subject <br />site. FIRE SERVICE STUDY <br />Developer agrees to participate in the funding of a <br />study of the fire service requirements made necessary by the <br />subject project and other major commercial industrial- projects <br />in order to maintain existing levels of fire service in <br />-4- <br />
