• • <br />accordance with City's General Plan policies, said study <br />being in progress at this time. The Developer's share of <br />the total cost of the study shall be determined by the City <br />Manager, but shall not exceed $~ 500.00 Developer <br />E <br />shall pay to the City the Developer's share of the total <br />cost within one (1) month of notification by the City Manager <br />of demand for payment and the amount thereof. The determination <br />of such share in the event it is not made part of an assessment <br />district, shall be done on an equitable basis. <br />V. FIRE SERVICE REQUIREMENTS <br />Developer agrees to participate in the financing of the <br />fire apparatus, manpower and other fire safety facilities <br />required to serve the subject project or made necessary due <br />to the cumulative development of major commercial/industrial <br />projects. Fire apparatus, manpower and other facilities <br />necessary shall be those identified as required to maintain <br />existing levels of fire service in the above-mentioned study <br />and as deemed necessary by the City Manager. Developer <br />agrees to participate in the funding of such apparatus, <br />manpower and other facilities in whichever manner best <br />achieves-the maintenance of existing levels of fire service <br />through timely additions of fire safety equipment, facilities. <br />and personnel, as determined by City. In determining. the <br />level of participation of such funding agreed to herein, <br />City shall take into consideration the project's contribution <br />-5= <br />
