Commissioner Blank requested that the first sentence of the first paragraph on page 11 be modified to read as follows: “Commissioner Blank noted that the lot sizes were stated stack-ranked that appeared to be essentially the same….” Commissioner Blank noted a typographical error on the second sentence of the last paragraph on page 19 and requested that it be corrected as follows: “The item was pulled from the agenda ay at an earlier meeting….” Chairperson Fox requested that the first sentence of the fourth full paragraph on page 7 be modified to read as follows: “Chairperson Fox noted that noticed from the Minutes received from staff that it appeared a quorum could not be reached for several meetings because of Commissioners Kameny’s and Roberts’s proximity to the location. Therefore, it appeared that Commissioners Kameny and Roberts abstained from the tentative map consideration.” Chairperson Fox requested that the first sentence of the second-to-last paragraph on page 20 be modified to read as follows: “ …she had an email form Ms. Harryman with a legal opinion indicating that she did not need to recuse herself….” Chairperson Fox noted that with respect to the second paragraph on page 25, Commissioner Narum had referred to her son; Chairperson Fox requested that the last sentence of that paragraph be modified to read as follows: “She understood that family commitments, including her son, sometimes made it difficult to carry those commitments out.” Charperson Fox further requested that the first sentence of the next paragraph be modified to read as follows: “Chairperson Fox expressed her resentment at Commissioner Narum’s comment regarding her son and her family commitments….” Commissioner Narum requested that the fourth sentence of the second paragraph on page 25 be modified to read as follows: “She was concerned about the relationship with staff as well as the perceived negative comments at the last meeting form the audience….” Commissioner Narum would like it noted at the end of the second paragraph on page 25 that she did not get to complete her comments as Chairperson Fox interrupted her to speak. Ms. Decker stated that with respect to Chairperson Fox’s last corrections regarding comments made about her son, she recalled that a particular comment was made about her family but did not recall any reference made to her son. She reiterated that staff checks all requested revisions against the recorded proceedings such that what is finally posted on the City’s website reflects the actual verbiage from the tapes and may not appear as the corrections provided at the hearing.
