ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, Narum, and O’Connor. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Pearce. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Olson. <br /> <br />The motion passed, and the minutes of July 11, 2007 were approved as amended. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA. <br /> <br />There were no speakers. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox requested a show of hands from those in the audience who were present <br />for Item 6.a., Draft Land Use of the General Plan as well as for Item 6.c., PUD-64, <br />4238 First Street. Three people were present for the first item and one for the second. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox indicated that Item 5.a., PUD-99-01-04M, Jeremy and Josie Barnish has <br />been continued to the August 8, 2007 meeting and that staff had sent out an earlier notice <br />recommending the continuation of Item 6.a., PUD-05-02M, James Happ/Kenneth and <br />Pamela Chrisman, to August 8, 2007 as well. <br /> <br />Ms. Decker confirmed that staff had requested the continuation of PUD-05-02M in order <br />to coordinate and hold meetings with interested parties prior to the hearing. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Blank’s inquiry if there would be a completely new staff <br />report for this item, Ms. Decker replied that the Commission would be receiving a new <br />staff report that would include information addressing the matters discussed at the last <br />hearing and new conditions of approval reflecting the direction provided by the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank requested that the Commission be provided a copy of the original <br />staff report. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox requested that copies of the visuals presented on the overhead projector <br />at the last hearing be provided as well. <br /> <br />Ms. Decker indicated that staff would provide both the original staff report and the <br />visuals. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES July 25, 2007 Page 4 of 35 <br /> <br /> <br />
