Commissioner Narum noted that she had made the comments that were credited to Commissioner Pearce in the first paragraph under Future Planning Calendar on page 28. She requested that the correction be made. Commissioner Olson noted that the sentence in the second to last paragraph on page 15 should be modified to read as follows: “Commissioner Olson disclosed that he met with the applicant, and walked the site, and met with Tom Pico.” He stated that he had not met with Tom Pico on this project but had met with Bob and Pam Grove. He also walked the site with Martin Inderbitzen. Commissioner Narum stated that she had not met with Tom Pico either and requested that the sentence in the last paragraph on page 15 be modified to reflect that. Chairperson Fox noted that on with respect to the first sentence of the last paragraph on page 10 regarding hikers and their potential ignorance of the CC&Rs regarding egress in the development, she was referring to what the issue would be in situations where hikers were in the area in case of a fire, and they did not know about the CC&R issue regarding not exiting through Grey Eagle Court. Commissioner Blank moved to approve the minutes as amended. Commissioner Narum seconded the motion. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, Narum, O’Connor, and Olson. NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. RECUSED: None. ABSENT: Commissioner Pearce. The motion passed, and the minutes of June 13, 2007 were approved as amended. 3. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA Ms. Decker advised that Item 5.a., PDR-638, Mario Saavedra, has been withdrawn in its entirety. She added that Item 6.c., PCUP-185, Steve Black, Generations HealthCare of Pleasanton, LLC, has been continued to a future meeting at the request of the applicant.
