<br />Chairperson Fox noted a typographical error in the second sentence of the first full <br />paragraph on page 12 and requested that the number of days citizens have to collect <br />signatures for a referendum be corrected from 40 days to 30 days. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox noted that the first sentence of the first full paragraph on page 16 should <br />be modified to read as follows: “Chairperson Fox noted that when the Lehman-Selway <br />project on Trenery Drive was considered,.…” <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox noted that the fourth sentence of the last paragraph on page 24 be <br />modified to read as follows: “…and that the simulated houses were also scoped to be <br />6,700 square feet and were much smaller larger than what would be allowed to be built.” <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox clarified that with respect to the last paragraph on page 26, <br />Commissioner Blank was speaking as a private individual because he recused himself <br />from that item. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox inquired if Commissioner Pearce could submit changes to the minutes <br />should she desire to do so. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank noted that the Commissioner’s Handbook provides that <br />Commissioners would be able to submit changes after the fact. <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Connor moved to approve the minutes as amended. <br />Chairperson Fox seconded the motion. <br /> <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, Narum, O’Connor, and Olson. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Pearce. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank noted that he is abstaining from the portion of the minutes <br />pertaining to the Oak Grove project. <br /> <br />The motion passed, and the minutes of June 27, 2007 were approved as amended. <br /> <br />b.
