That a boat and storage area shall be provided <br /> and shall contain a minimum of 32 stalls, said area <br /> to be within the project and properly screened. <br /> 17. The on-site grading and drainage plan, as well <br /> as the on-site utility plans shall be submitted to an <br /> approved by the City Engineer prior to submittal to <br /> the State for approval. <br /> 18. That Vineyard Avenue be widened to a 52 ft. half <br /> street and that the developer shall dedicate and im- <br /> prove said street to-the extent required by the Sub- <br /> division Ordinance. <br /> 19. That prior to the issuance of a building permit, <br /> the applicant shall submit precise architectural and <br /> engineering plans for the development as proposed <br /> and said plans shall be checked by the Planning and <br /> Public Works Departments for compliance with the pre- <br /> liminary plan. <br /> 22. That the applicant shall submit a more precise <br /> detailed plan of the screen wall facing Vineyard Aven e <br /> -and shall provide a detailed landscaping plan to insu e <br /> that trailers backing onto Vineyard Avenue shall be <br /> properly screened. <br /> 23. That final plans be submitted subject to the <br /> approval of the Planning Director. <br /> 24. That fire protection equipment and related utili ie: <br /> shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br /> Fire Chief. <br /> 25. That the recreational-administrative building be <br /> subject ;to site plan, landscaping and architectural <br /> review prior to the issuance of a building. permit. <br /> 26.
