PLANNING COMMISSION I Pleasanton, California . ~~ ~, RESOLUTION N0. 1042 WHEREAS the application of Pacific western Mobile Estates, .Inc., for a conditional use permit to construct and operate a mobile home park on that property describe as Parcels 12, 13, 14-2 and 14-3, Block 1250, Book 9 of ~'1lameda County Assessor's office, containing 24.5 acres, more or less, and generally located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue adjacent to the presen City Limits, Pleasanton, has come before this Commis THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that UP-70-17 be approved subject to following conditions: 1. That the permit is granted for the property as described in the application and any attachments thereto and as shown on the attached plan labeled Exhibit A. 2. That all. requirements of any law or agency of the State, Alameda County and any other Governmental enti shall be met. 3. That all curb openings as proposed on the plot plan on Vineyard Avenue shall be subject to the appro of the Public Works Department. 4. That there shall be a 6 ft. redwood fence install d along the 'entire easterly, westerly`and northerly property lines with the exception of that right-of-wa proposed for the Arroyo Del Valle Parkway. 5. That on certain unique lot areas specified by the° Planning Director, the applicant shall submit a prea'e=>'' plot plan showing how the trailer shall be located on' the proposed lot and subject to the approval of the Planning Director.. 6.
