29. That the water and .fire-.protection, facilities be <br />designed and constructed:in`accordance with the City's <br />standards and specifications and that inspection fees <br />be paid to the City in accordance with the schedule <br />used for subdivisions. <br />30. That the developer dedicate to the City that por- <br />tion of this property that lies within the Arroyo del <br />Valle. The quality and exact extent of this dedication <br />shall be as determined by the City Attorney. <br />32. That all existing wells and septic tanks on the <br />property be sealed and abandoned in accordance with <br />City standards. <br />33. That street lighting on Vineyard Avenue be provided <br />as directed by the City Engineer at the lowest possible <br />annual cost to the City. <br />34. That the existing wooden pole electrical line along <br />Vineyard Avenue be replaced with a streamlined-undergrou~ <br />system. Spacing of the steel poles should be arranged <br />to correspond with the desired location of street lights <br />on Vineyard Avenue. <br />36. That the existing wooden pale line across the rear <br />of the property be placed underground unless it is demon <br />strated to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission <br />that this is economically unfeasible. <br />37. That a record of survey of this property be prepa <br />and filed at the developer's expense prior to start of <br />construction. <br />38. That the driveway opening onto Vineyard Avenue be <br />reduced in width to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />39. That the street names be revised to eliminate the <br />possible confusion existing on the proposed layout. Thi; <br />should be done to the satisfaction of the Planning Direct <br />40.
