ARTICLE 2 <br />MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTING <br />2.1 Areas for Street Lighting Maintenance. The Association <br />shall maintain all street lighting on Stoneridge Drive <br />from West Las Positas Boulevard to Santa Rita Road, <br />inclusive of said intersections. <br />2.2 Maintenance Requirements. The Association shall at its <br />sole expense maintain all street lighting within the <br />area described in Section 2.1. Maintenance shall <br />include the payment of all charges for electrical <br />usage, and the care of all street lighting <br />electroliers and bulbs, including repair and <br />replacement where necessary; provided that the <br />Association's obligations under this section with <br />respect to the area described in Section 2.1 shall not <br />include the replacement or repair of street lighting <br />electroliers unless ownership of said electroliers is <br />conveyed to the Association or the City. <br />2.3 Term of Maintenance Obligations. The Association's <br />obligations under Section 2.2 shall commence upon the <br />later of (i) the date of this agreement, or (ii) the <br />date upon which the City Council of the City accepts <br />ownership of the street improvements and other public <br />improvements under construction and shall continue <br />throughout the term of this agreement, unless <br />terminated as provided in Section 5.3. <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />MAINTENANCE OF BUS SHELTERS AND STREET SIGNAGE <br />3.1 Bus Shelters. The Association shall at is sole expense <br />clean, maintain, repair, and replace, where necessary, <br />all bus shelters located in Public Service Easements <br />along Stoneridge Drive from West Las Positas Boulevard <br />to Santa Rita Road and remove trash from trash <br />receptacles at such bus shelters. Cleaning and trash <br />removal shall be done as frequently as reasonably <br />necessary to maintain the bus shelters in a sightly <br />condition, provided that trash removal shall be done at <br />least weekly. <br />3.2 Street Signage. The Association shall at its sole <br />expense maintain, repair, replace, and add, where <br />necessary, all street signs and traffic control signs <br />located in the areas described in Section 1.1 and in <br />the Public Service Easements along Stoneridge Drive <br />from West Las Positas Boulevard to Santa Rita Road. <br />7 <br />
