1.3 Term of Maintenance Obligations. Terms of maintenance <br />obligations shall be guided by the following: <br />1.3.1 Stoneridge Drive: Except as provided below, <br />the Association's obligations under Section <br />1.2, as shown in Exhibit A, with respect to <br />the areas described in Section 1.1.1 shall <br />commence upon the later of (i) the date of <br />this agreement, or (ii) the date upon which <br />the City Council of the City accepts <br />ownership of the street improvements and/or <br />other public improvements under construction <br />in that area and shall continue throughout <br />the term of this agreement, unless terminated <br />as provided in Section 5.3. The Association's <br />obligations, or those of any District <br />established pursuant to Section 5.2 with <br />respect to the portions of the areas <br />described in Sections 1.1.1 (vi) and (vii) <br />shall terminate upon the completion of <br />improvements for the development or <br />redevelopment of all or any part of any <br />parcel, or subdivision thereof of real <br />property in such areas as to the portion <br />developed. <br />1.3.2 Army Propertv: Except as provided below, <br />the Association's obligations under section <br />1.2, as shown in Exhibit A, with respect to <br />the areas described in Section 1.1.2 shall <br />commence upon the later of (i) the date of <br />this agreement, or (ii) the date upon which <br />the City Council of the City accepts <br />ownership of the street improvements and/or <br />other public improvements under construction <br />in that area and shall continue for a period <br />of three years at which time all obligations <br />as described in Section 1.2 will cease to be <br />the responsibility of the Association unless <br />terminated earlier as provided in Section <br />5.3. <br />6 <br />
