Commissioner Blank advised that a cover note to the <br />draft addressed that issue. <br /> <br />Regarding page 33, paragraph 5, under Matters Initiated by Commission Members, <br />Commissioner Blank wished to clarify his impression that the Planning Commission <br />agreed to agendize an item to not have to review and approve a six-foot privacy fence. <br />He inquired whether that was only for the specific development being addressed by the <br />Commission. Ms. Decker confirmed that this was only for this particular PUD. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox noted the sentence on the fifth full paragraph on page 7 should be <br />modified to read as follows: “In response to Chairperson Fox’s inquiry if the Busch <br />Property project falls within this category or if this Ponderosa project was <br />double-counted, Ms. Stern said it might be one of the projects yes.” She believed she had <br />also asked whether it might have been double-counted because it was referended, <br />followed by a new project approval.
