5. CONSENT CALENDAR

a.PUD-99-01-04M, Jeremy and Josie Barnish

Renewal of a Planning Commission design review approval (PDR-316,
November 16, 2005) to demolish the existing building located at 347 Division
Street and to construct an approximately 6,378-square-foot, two-story commercial
building in its place. Zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial),
Downtown Revitalization, Core Area Overlay District.

Commissioner O’Connor stated that in reviewing the history of this application, he noted
that some of the current Commissioners who had originally voted on this project were
determined that any changes to the approval return to the Commission rather than be
handled at the staff level.

Commissioner Blank believed that having the item on the Consent Calendar in effect
brings the project back to the Commission. He added that any Commissioner may pull
the item from the Consent Calendar if desired.

Commissioner Blank moved to recommend approval of Case PUD-99-01-04M,
subject to the conditions of approval as listed on Exhibit B of the staff report, as
recommended by staff.
Commissioner Pearce seconded the motion.

ROLL CALL VOTE:

AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, Narum, Olson, and Pearce.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
RECUSED: None.
ABSENT: None.

Resolution No. PC-2007-36, approving PUD-99-01-04M, was entered and adopted as
motioned.

6.PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS

a. PUD-05-02M, James Happ, Northstar Realty Services, Inc./Kenneth and
Pamela Chrisman
Application for a major modification to an approved PUD development plan to
replace the approved production home designs with design guidelines for the
property located at 1944 Vineyard Avenue, in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor
Specific Plan Area.
