The timing of these meetings will be included in <br />part of the project schedule developed by the CONSULTANT for <br />review and approved by the CITY. <br /> <br />Task 2-2: Quality Control Consultation <br /> <br />Informal review and input will be required from members of <br />the QC team between scheduled QC meetings. This work will <br />include review of individual work products and the technical <br />approach for upcoming project tasks. <br /> <br />Task 2-3: Value Engineering <br /> <br />One value engineering meeting will be held. The date of <br />this meeting will be indicated on the project schedule <br />developed by the CONSULTANT for review and approval by the <br />CITY. <br /> <br />TASK 3: PREDESIGN <br /> <br />Work under this task includes data collection, finalizing <br />the civil design criteria,.preparing a P,S&E mockup, confir- <br />mation of the Preferred Geometric Concept and preparation of <br />a Memorandum of Understanding. Aerial mapping, survey coor- <br />dination, the Materials Report, Traffic Operations Report, <br />the Hydraulics Report, Bridge Type Selection Study, and Geo- <br />metric Base Maps will also be completed under this task. <br /> <br />Task 3-1: Data Collection <br /> <br />This subtask will include collection of design data required <br />for the design of the Hacienda Drive interchange and the <br />Santa Rita Road interchange modifications. <br /> <br /> <br />
