The City will submit preliminary studies to Caltrans for review <br />and approval or comment prior to submittal of information for the <br />Draft Environmental Document (DED). <br />17. The City will submit drafts of specialty reports and individual <br />sections of the .information needed for the DED as they are devel- <br />oped to Caltrans for review, comment and revision as needed. <br />18. The City shall prepare a Draft Project Report/DED for Caltrans' <br />review and approval. <br />19. Caltrans will review all documents, plans, reports, etc., in a <br />timely manner, normally within two weeks except in the. special <br />cases detailed below: <br />Review & Approve Stage I Work Program <br />Review & Approve Stage II Work Program <br />Review Project Report/DED in District <br />Finalize, Submit & Approve Project <br />Report/DED <br />Review & Approve Preferred Alternative <br />Finalize, Submit & Approve Project <br />Approval Report/FED <br />3 weeks <br />6 weeks <br />3 weeks <br />6 weeks <br />4 weeks <br />4 weeks + <br />-6- <br />
