t <br />s <br /> <br />10. The PSR will be prepared by Caltrans with input from the City <br />as requested by Caltrans. <br />11. Work Programs, as appropriate, will be prepared in draft by the <br />City. Caltrans will furnish supplemental information as required <br />for the Work Programs. Caltrans will approve all documents. <br />12. Caltrans will be the lead agency for the CEQA Environmental Doc- <br />ument and the lead State agency for the NEPA Environmental Docu- <br />ment. The FHWA will be the lead Federal agency for the NEPA <br />Environmental Document. <br />13. The City will prepare the Notice of Preparation and the Notice of <br />Intent, if necessary. Caltrans shall request the FHWA to publish <br />the Notice of Intent in the Federal Register, if required. <br />14. Caltrans will prepare and approve conceptual freeway and inter- <br />change geometrics for all of the proposed improvements. <br />15. Caltrans will prepare conceptual geometrics for potential future <br />improvements to the I-580/I-680 interchange. <br />-5- <br />
