ti <br />• <br />5. The City may arrange for consultant services for the work des- <br />cribed below. <br />6. The City will be responsible for preparation and distribution of <br />draft minutes and reports of joint staff meetings. <br />7. Responsibility for anticipated project development activities <br />is outlined below. Detailed steps in the project development <br />process are appended to this MOU. This appendix is intended as a <br />guide to Caltrans and City staffs. <br />Project Development <br />8. The type of environmental document required will be determined <br />after the Initial Study/Environmental Assessment has been pre- <br />pared. <br />9. A Project Development Team (PDT) shall be established. The PDT <br />shall be chaired by Caltrans. Team member selection will be ap- <br />proved by the Caltrans District Director. It is intended that <br />the PDT will function as a steering group, and therefore its size <br />will be limited. The PDT will call on staff support as required <br />from Caltrans or the City. The PDT will be responsible for <br />timely review and action by all parties. <br />-4- <br />
