i • <br />appropriate signage indicating applicable state regulations <br />regarding school usage. <br />b. Any change in the exterior appearance of the <br />Theater excluding those exterior changes already contemplated <br />in conjunction with the Amador Theater renovation, but <br />including any exterior sign plan, shall first be submitted to <br />the District Board of Trustees for its approval. <br />8. Beverage Restrictions. <br />a. No alcoholic beverages may be sold, served or used <br />during any events scheduled by the District pursuant to <br />Paragraph 2. <br />b. Beer and wine may be sold, served and used during <br />events scheduled by the city as permitted by Business and <br />Professions Code Section 256508. <br />9. Amador Theater Advisory Group. <br />a. The parties hereby establish the Amador Theater <br />Advisory Group ("Advisory Group"). The Advisory Group shall <br />be a staff level advisory group designed to improve <br />cooperation and communication between the parties and <br />organizations involved in and interested in the success of <br />the Theater operation. <br />b. The Advisory Group shall consist of three (3) <br />members: <br />(1) Unless otherwise designated by the City <br />Manager, one member shall be the Director of Parks and <br />Community Services of the City of Pleasanton or his or <br />her designated representative. <br />(2) Unless otherwise designated by the <br />Superintendent of Schools, one. member shall be the <br />Principal of Amador High School or his or her designated <br />representative. <br />(3) One member shall be the designated <br />representative of the Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council. <br />c. The Advisory Group shall establish its own meeting <br />schedule and operational procedures. <br />d. As an inter-agency working committee, the Advisory <br />Group has been structured so that neither the Open Meeting <br />Act nor the Political Reform Act (financial disclosure) shall <br />apply to activities of the Advisory Group. <br />10. No Separate Agency. It is not the intention of either <br />party to create a separate agency or legal entity by this <br />agreement. Any employees of either party engaged in carrying out <br />actions pursuant to this agreement shall remain the <br />- 5 - <br />
