• Landscaping, including street trees, shall be provided along the south side <br />of Bernal Avenue. <br />Specific Plan, pp. 31 and 79; DEIR, p. 45 <br />3. Light and/or glare effects <br />Findin .The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible and have <br />been incorporated into the Specific Plan, thereby mitigating the impact to a <br />less-than-significant level: <br />• Outdoor lighting fixtures associated with lighted sports fields, parking <br />lots, and buildings shall be designed and sited to as to minimize their <br />prominence. <br />• Illumination shall be directed onsite and downward, and existing <br />residential areas shall be separated from light sources by landscaping. <br />Specific Plan, p. 80; DEIR, p. 46 <br />Agriculture <br />Conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural uses <br />Finding. Conversion of Bernal Property lands to urban uses would have an adverse <br />impact on agricultural resources, both for the Project (the Specific Plan and <br />the Park Master Plan) and cumulatively. <br />No practical total mitigation measures are available that are consistent with <br />the purposes of the Project. Generation of construction related emissions <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and has <br />been incorporated into the Specific Plan, thereby mitigating the impact to a <br />less-than-significant level: <br />Dust generation shall be controlled by complying with Best Management <br />Practices during all phases of site preparation and construction. <br />Specific Plan, pp. 77; DEIR, p.
