Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building permit. During demolition and <br />construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials <br />only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only." The project developer shall <br />contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of all waste from the site. <br />14. Only natural gas burning fireplaces or USEPA-approved wood/pellet burning stoves shall <br />be installed in the house covered by this approval. <br />15. The main structure shall be constructed to allow for future installation of a photo voltaic <br />(PV) system. The project/ building developer shall comply with the following <br />requirements for making all houses on the lot photo voltaic ready. Making the home <br />photovoltaic ready shall require the following measures to be implemented with the <br />construction of the structures covered: <br />16. Electrical conduit and pull strings shall be installed from the roof/attic area to the <br />buildings' main electrical panels. <br />17. Roof trusses shall be engineered to handle an addition load of five (5) pounds per square <br />foot beyond that of the anticipated load for the roofing material. <br />18. An area shall be provided near the electrical panel for the "inverter" required to convert <br />the direct current output from the photovoltaic panels to alternating current. <br />19. The electrical plan for this home shall provide telecommunications infrastructure <br />consistent with state-of--the-art methods, e.g., cabling for DSL, Broadband or wireless, <br />services, wiring for total room access, etc., in effect at the time that building permit(s) <br />aired issued. The plan shall be part of the building permits issued for plumbing and <br />electrical. <br />20. Safety nets to protect the house from the proximity of the golf course are not allowed. <br />21. The sides of the structure facing the golf course fairways shall address safety issues that <br />might arise from the proximity of the golf course, e.g., using tempered glass in the <br />windows that maybe hit by golf balls. This detail shall be shown on the building permit <br />plan set. <br />22. The applicant and future hometowns are encouraged to use best management practices <br />for the use of pesticides and herbicides similar to the integrated pest management <br />program used on the golf course. <br />23. The applicant shall provide construction dumpster(s) on-site during all phases of the <br />construction of the house covered by this approval. The applicant shall ensure that the <br />contractor(s) and subcontractor(s) deposit all construction refuse and debris in the <br />dumpster(s) at the end of the day. <br />24. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br />
