(b) The height of the light poles shall not exceed ] 0% feet. If additional lighting is <br />necessary to comply with the City's Security Ordinance, then additional light <br />poles and/or fixtures shall be provided at the site. <br />(c) Light levels at the easterly property line shall be designed to meet the required <br />foot candles for security. <br />Landscaping <br />15. No trees shall be removed other than those specifically designated for removal in the <br />"Update of Tree Report -Busch Property" prepared by Hortscience and dated May 27, <br />2002. All recommendation of the "Tree Report -Busch Property," prepared by <br />Hortscience and dated April 1996 shall be followed. The developer shall arrange for <br />the horticultural consultant to conduct a field inspection prior to issuance of a grading <br />permit to ensure that all recommendations have been property implemented. The <br />consultant shall certify in writing to City staff that such recommendations have been <br />property implemented prior to issuance of a grading permit. The applicant shall obtain <br />all required permits for tree removal. <br />16. Additional landscaping shall be required along the frontage of Busch Road and Valley <br />Avenue and shall be no less than 24-gallon box size. The placement of the trees shall <br />be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director and/or the City's Landscape <br />Architect. <br />17. A final landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to an approved by the <br />Planning Director as part of the building permit plan sets prior to issuance of a building <br />or on-site permit. The landscaping and irrigation plans are subject to the review and <br />approval by the Planning Director. The project developer shall provide root control <br />barriers and four (4)-inch perforated pipes for trees in planting areas less than ten (10) <br />feet in width, as determined necessary by the Planning Director at the time of review of <br />the final landscape plan. <br />18. All planting materials shall be minimum of 24-gallon for street frontage trees, 15-gallon <br />for all other trees, five-gallon for shrubs, and one-gallon for ground cover, except as <br />approved by the Planning Director and/or the City Landscape Architect. <br />19. Prior to occupancy, the project developer shall certify in writing to the Planning Director <br />that the landscaping has been installed in accordance with the approved landscape and <br />irrigation plans with respect to size, number, and species of plants and overall design <br />concept. <br />20. The applicant shall provide for the addition of temporary trellises until such time that the <br />street landscaping becomes sufficiently mature to screen the structure, subject to the <br />review and approval of the Planning Director. <br />
