8. The original, but currently missing, ornamentation on the existing Kolln Hardware <br />building that will be replaced shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />9. Unless otherwise approved by the Planning Director, the new windows on the addition <br />shall match the existing windows on the Kolln Hardware building, including the design, <br />dimensions, materials, colors, treatment (i.e., sill, trim, etc.), sash operation, and the <br />depth of window recess from the outside wall. Window specifications and typical <br />installation details shall be included with the plans submitted for issuance of building <br />permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Planning Director prior to <br />issuance of building permits for the project. <br />10. Details of the doors and door surrounds, windows and window treatments on the one- <br />story buildings, planter pots, exterior light fixtures, and weathervane shall be shown on <br />the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit. These elements <br />shall be compatible with the architectural style of the buildings. <br />11. The new Division Street street lights shall match the design of the existing Downtown <br />street lights along side streets. Said design and/or specifications shall be shown on the <br />plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />12. The Division Street storefront entry doors on the addition shall be recessed several feet <br />from the storefront wall plane, subject to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. Said <br />detail shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />13. Floor plans of the addition and relocated buildings shall be included with the plans <br />submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by <br />the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />14. The applicant shall use 50-year or better "high definition" composition roof shingles on <br />the buildings and addition. Unless otherwise approved by the Planning Director, the <br />composition roof shingles shall match the color of the existing roof color on the Kolln <br />Hardware building. A roof color/material sample or manufacturer's brochure shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to installation. Roofing <br />material used on the one-story relocated structures shall be as reviewed and approved by <br />the Planning Director. <br />15. Exterior colors of the one-story buildings shall be subject to the review and approval by <br />the Planning Director prior to painting. <br />
