Resolution No. PC-2006-31 <br />Page Two <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further determined that the proposed residence is <br />consistent with the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-OS-OIM-O1D/PDR-541, the application of Joseph <br />Gorny/Gorny & Associates Architects, and Frank and Barbara Berlogar for: (1) a <br />major modification to an approved PUD development plan to replace the <br />approved production home designs with design guidelines for the Silver Oaks <br />Estates development and to change the previous condition requiring Planning <br />Commission review/approval of the custom home designs to Zoning <br />Administrator review/approval; and (2) design review approval for an <br />approximately 4,716-square-foot single-family residence with a 909-square-foot <br />attached garage for Lot 5 of Tract 7399, located on the south side of Vineyard <br />Avenue Trail (formerly known as 2200 Vineyard Avenue) in the Vineyard <br />Avenue Corridor Specific Plan area, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit B-1 and Exhibit B-2, respectively, attached hereto and made par[ of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2.
