6. The subject conditional use permit shall be reviewed by the Planning Director one year <br />after its start of operation to determine if the business is operating in anon-nuisance <br />manner. If necessary, the conditional use permit may be brought back to the Planning <br />Commission for additional conditions to mitigate and/or prevent any nuisances that were <br />identified. <br />7. The applicant shall provide security staff for the business subject to the satisfaction of the <br />Chief of Police. The applicant shall submit a security plan for the business specifying the <br />numbers of security staff, security staff hours of operation, security staff training, security <br />staff clothing/uniforms, etc. The final security plan shall be submitted to and approved <br />by the Chief of Police prior to operation of the business. <br />The doors of the business shall remain closed when not being used for ingress/egress <br />purposes. The applicant shall install self-closing door mechanisms on all exterior doors. <br />The building's windows shall remain closed during business hours. <br />9. The in-house music system shall be played at volumes that are not audible outside of the <br />building. <br />10. No dancing, disc jockey (DJ) music, or live bands shall be allowed or provided at the <br />establishment. <br />11. A maximum of 250 seats is allowed inside of the building. If desired, the applicant may <br />add three seats to the 247 seats shown on the proposed floor plan. The location of the <br />three additional seats shall be shown on the floor plans submitted for issuance of building <br />permits and shall be subject to the approval of the Planning Director and Chief Building <br />Official. <br />12. The full kitchen shall remain open, with food service available to patrons, during the <br />operating hours of the business. The applicant shall submit a full menu of the food items, <br />which shall be available until closing, with the exception of the New York Steak and <br />Prime Rib entrees. Said menu shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to operation. <br />13. Prior to business operation, the applicant shall install small signs in the interior of the <br />building on or near the exit doors requesting that customers not loiter outside and be <br />courteous and quiet when leaving the business and parking areas. <br />14. Employees shall not loiter outside the business and shall be courteous and quiet when <br />leaving the business and parking areas. <br />15. The business shall comply with the Chapter 9.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />(Smoking in Public and Work Places). <br />
