Miscellaneous reproduction <br /> and binding of documents and other material not <br /> included in the SCOPE OF SERVICES of this AMENDMENT <br /> shall be limited to $1,500.00; this limit will not <br /> be exceeded without written authorization (by let- <br /> ter) by the City; separate accounting will be <br /> established to monitor the costs of this work. <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT's work is described in the following tasks. <br />TASK 2-1: ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will be the prime contractor with the City <br />for engineering services for this project. The CONSULTANT <br />may contract with Subconsultants to provide special services; <br />however, the CONSULTANT will be responsible for management <br />of the project consultant team, coordination with the City <br />and affected agencies, and production of the material in- <br />cluded in this scope of services. Subtasks are: <br /> <br />Task 2-1.1: Administration <br /> <br />Administer the prime contract with the City and the contracts <br />with subconsultants. Monitor compliance with the provisions <br />of the agreements. Provide a single point of contact for <br />the City with regard to contractual matters. <br /> <br />Task 2-1.2: Monitoring <br /> <br />Monitor progress regarding budget and schedule. Provide <br />status reports and billings on a monthly basis. <br /> <br />Task 2-1.3: Management <br /> <br />Manage the work efforts and coordinate the activities of the <br />project team. Compile work plans, schedules, budgets, and <br />direction regarding project goals and objectives. Conform <br />to Caltrans standards regarding product quality, format, <br />presentation, graphics, and content. Disseminate informa- <br />tion, direct team efforts, coordinate work tasks and outside <br />contracts. <br /> <br />Task 2-1.4: Coordination <br /> <br />Meet with Caltrans and the City at the beginning of the de- <br />sign to confirm understandings, requirements, and expecta- <br />tions regarding the project.
