9. That no excess soils shall be exported from the site without <br />the approval of the Planning Director. No excess soils shall <br />be stockpiled on the site. at any time. <br />10. That all grading for this parcel, whether for the residence, <br />any other structure, or for landscaping purposes, shall not <br />extend beyond the areas shown on the grading plan; all <br />grading shall take place under the supervision of a <br />registered Soils Engineer. <br />11. That all cut and fill slopes shall be revegetated and <br />stabilized as soon as possible after completion of grading. <br />All cuts and fill areas shall be stabilized and revegetated <br />not later than October 15. <br />- 7 <br />
