May 10, 1988 <br />City of Pleasanton <br />Planning Department <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Attn: Tom Quaglia <br />Re: Lot 13-Building Pad Modification <br />Dear Tom; <br />At our homeowners meeting of 4/25/88, Greg and Kristen Anderson pre- <br />sented plans for a modification to their building pad. <br />The plans were dated April 7, 1988 and were prepared by Plummer & <br />Babbit Civil Engineering Inc. Mr. Anderson fielded questions and resolved <br />concerns of the surrounding property owners and a vote was taken. Their <br />proposal was approved without any dissenting votes. <br />Please be advised that our approval, as per requirements of our CC&R's, <br />consists of the expanded building pad envelope and preliminary grading <br />elevations only.
