REVIEW AND DISCUSSION OF PUBLIC TRAILS AND ACCESS TO <br />APPROXIMATELY 500 ACRES OF OPEN SPACE WITHIN THE 51-UNIT OAK GROVE <br />DEVELOPMENT, PUD-33 <br />Mr. Wolfe advised that a fifth Alternative Plan was now available for consideration for the Oak Grove <br />Development, and provided information regarding the new Alternative. It would include an 11-parking <br />space staging area (no specific horse trailer area), a restroom, potable water source for drinking water, <br />horse trough, and inclusion of all Class C trails from the original plan. All of these improvements would <br />be completed by the time the fifth homesite is sold. Mr. Wolfe also provided the Commission and <br />Committee attendees with copies of a memorandum from Anne Fox, Planning Commission Chairperson, <br />dated August 29, 2006, which contained 18 comments regarding the project. <br />Mr. Pavan, Associate Planner working on the Oak Grove project, reviewed the proposal for the 500-acre <br />site, advising that the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) would be forwarded to the Planning <br />Commission in February.
