<br />Lots 1, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 32, 33, and 34 will be limited to a maximum FAR of 9,175
<br />square feet representing the average FAR for the Oak Grove Lots.
<br />The FAR's for Lots 19, 20, 26, 31, 35, 36, 45, 48, and 51 vary from 9,336 square feet to
<br />12,500 square feet but would not be visible to the Grey Eagle properties because of
<br />location, elevation, tree canopy, etc., and were not changed.
<br />Based upon the revised table, the maximum building area for the Oak Grove lots would
<br />be distributed as follows:
<br />• Three (3) lots - 5.9 percent -would allow between 6,058 square feet to 6,742
<br />square feet of building area.
<br />• Three (3) lots - 5.9 percent -would allow between 7,408 square feet and 7,952
<br />square feet of building area.
