UP-88-26 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />July 13, 1988 <br />The project has been conditioned to mitigate any <br />future problems with loitering, noise, security, <br />trash, and violations of the Alcohol Beverage <br />control Board. As conditioned the proposed use <br />could coexist with the other uses in the vicinity. <br />The Game Station has illustrated that through <br />strict compliance with the project conditions of <br />approval, the problems that have plagued the site <br />can be greatly minimized. <br />C. That the proposed use will comply with each of the <br />applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />The Board finds that, as conditioned, the proposed <br />use will comply with all applicable requirements of <br />the zoning ordinance. <br />WHEREAS, the Board has determined that projects of this nature <br />are categorically exempt from the requirements of CEQA. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-88-26, the application of Robert <br />Dwyer for a conditional use permit to operate a take-out <br />pizza restaurant and related facilities to be located at <br />4301-D Valley Avenue subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the proposed use shall conform substantially <br />to the site plan, floor plan, and related exhibits <br />on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That the applicant be limited to a maximum of six <br />arcade games at any one time. <br />3. That the applicant shall provide and maintain <br />lighting in the parking area of the subject <br />property as deemed necessary by the Chief of <br />Police. This lighting shall be maintained at the <br />applicant's expense. <br />4. That at least one adult supervisor, 21 years of age <br />or older, shall be on duty on the premises at all <br />times. <br />
