That the applicant shall participate, along with <br />the other businesses of the site, in funding a <br />security guard for the purposes of controlling <br />loitering, noise, and vandalism. However, if at <br />any future date the adjoining uses cease to employ <br />a security guard, then the applicant, if determined <br />necessary by the Police Chief, shall insure <br />provisions of said security guard. <br />6. That at no time shall alcoholic beverages be served <br />without full service food. <br />~. That in the event nuisances are created through <br />operation of the restaurant use, as determined by <br />the Planning Commission following a hearing process <br />as set forth in the Municipal Code for review and <br />revocation of conditional uses, the City may <br />require the restaurant to cease operation. No <br />loitering, public drinking, or excessive noise <br />shall b generated by the use. <br />8. That the applicant shall apply for and obtain all <br />applicable City permits for the establishment prior <br />to the commencement of the business. <br />9. That if at any time any regulations of the Alcohol <br />Beverage Control Board are violated then the use <br />permit shall be revoked following a hearing process <br />as set forth in the Municipal Code for review and <br />revocation of conditional uses, the City may <br />require the restaurant to cease operation. <br />Section 2.
