(1) Street names and street addresses in addition to <br />the elements listed in item a. The street names <br />and addresses shall be readable at the 250 scale <br />(1/3" min. height letters at 250 scale). <br />(2) Fire hydrants <br />(3) Building envelope(s), driveways, and sidewalks for <br />large or non-standard lots. <br />c. The mylars submitted shall contain the following, where <br />applicable: <br />(1) Project name(s) <br />(2) Project number(s) <br />(3) North arrow <br />(4) Graphic scale <br />(5) A written scale showing the actual scale of the <br />reduced mylar copy <br />(6) Name, address, and telephone number of the firm and <br />the name of the individual contact that provided <br />the mylar copy. <br />34. That a 1-1/2 inch water service be provided to each lot <br />unless otherwise approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />35. That the individual segments of rolled curb and gutter <br />between catch basins be analyzed to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer, to insure that the gutter capacity is not <br />exceeded, particularly those areas with short street radius, <br />where the storm water is more likely to overspill the gut- <br />ter. <br />36. That the developer be responsible for the installation of <br />street lighting system serving the development. Approval of <br />the number, location, and type of electroliers shall be <br />withheld pending final design and review by the City Engi- <br />neer and Planning Director. <br />37. That the storm drain system be designed to allow a portion <br />of the seasonal rainfall to flow into the natural swales and <br />ravines. The amount of flow shall be determined by the <br />Landscape Architect and approved by the City Engineer. <br />38. That the all weather emergency vehicle access road and <br />access roads for utilities shall be designed with a minimum <br />structural section of 2 inch asphalt concrete, and 6 inches <br />of Class II aggregate base. That the grades on the roads <br />not exceed 15 percent and there be a smooth transition to <br />the connecting streets. The EVAW roads maybe combined with <br />other utility access roads or pedestrian pathway and shall <br />be maintained by the homeowners association. <br />39. That the erosion control planned for the individual subdivi- <br />sion lots be maintained by the developer or homeowners <br />association until the lot is developed. <br />- 5 - <br />As amended at 10/12/88 meeting <br />
