40. The CC&R's for the development shall contain provisions <br />which require Golden Eagle Farms II Homeowners Association <br />to provide for annual maintenance and silt cleaning by <br />contract of all storm drainage item which are not maintained <br />by the City. An annual compliance report shall be submitted <br />to the City Engineer listing the scope of work and certi- <br />fying its completion. <br />41. That no access be allowed to Foothill Road from lots 32, 33, <br />34, 35, lot A, and the tennis court. <br />42. That positive drainage releases be constructed on the down- <br />hill side of all streets where a drainage ditch inlet is <br />being installed, to provide for controlled flow, should a <br />storm drain inlet be plugged. <br />43. That the storm drain system be designed for a minimum of a <br />ten year storm, and that all storm drain pipe be oversized <br />one pipe diameter (6 inches minimum) above the design size <br />using Manning's Formula, but in no case less than 18 inches <br />in diameter. <br />44. That the storm drain pipe be extended to the following <br />streets: <br />1. "C" Court - extend storm drain to most southerly storm <br />drain inlets. <br />2. "B" Street - extend storm drain intersection with "J" <br />Court. <br />45. Whenever feasible, all horizontal drainage ditches will be <br />constructed on graded benches of sufficient width to allow a <br />maintenance vehicle to straddle the ditch or as otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />46. That utility easements be the following width: <br />1 utility - 15 foot wide <br />2 utilities - 20 foot wide <br />47. That the developer dedicate to the City a Public Service <br />Easement over all streets within the development. <br />48. That the developer dedicate to the City an 8 foot wide <br />Public Service Easement adjacent to and/or each side of all <br />streets. <br />49. That an energy dissipater shall be installed on all outlet <br />structures. <br />50. That the storm drain field inlets be over sized as deter- <br />mined by the City Engineer to minimize potential blockage, <br />in addition to installing trash racks at all field inlets. <br />- 6 - <br />As amended at 10/12/88 meeting <br />
