The method
selected for apportioning costs shall be satisfactory to both
the City Engineer and the Homeowners' Association. The proj-
ect CC&R's and/or agreement shall provide for the City's
ability to mandate street maintenance/improvements if deemed
necessary by the City Engineer. All maintenance shall be done
by the Association.
10. The "General Landscape Guidelines" on Exhibit 8 shall be
modified as follows:
#5 - no solid fencing shall occur on rear property lines
#8 - site lighting shall conform to the detail on Exhibit 1
and as required per Condition #5 of the Conditions
#9 - delete as part of the City's ordinance (but may retain as
part of project CC&R's)
16.
