Ms. Harryman confirmed that the legal requirement for notification is 72 hours and <br />th <br />advised that the Commission has to decide whether to meet on April 18 with only a <br />72-hour, 300-foot radius neighborhood notice but without newspaper publication or start <br />the weekly meetings later and provide the normal noticing the City provides above and <br />beyond State requirements. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank suggested that staff look at the list of projects and schedule those <br />with a narrower geographical scope, none that are controversial, and publish the items in <br />other ways such as the Pleasanton Weekly’s website. <br /> <br />Ms. Harryman clarified that the direction from the Commission is to have Donna Decker, <br />Principal Planner determine whether there are smaller, less controversial projects that can <br />th <br />be scheduled to go before the Commission on April 18. <br /> <br />th <br />Chairperson Fox asked Mr. O’Callaghan if his project would be ready to go on April 18. <br />Mr. O’Callaghan replied that he believed it could but noted that there were other projects <br />in front of his. Chairperson Fox requested staff to inform Mr. O’Callaghan when his <br />project would come before the Commission. She then announced that the Commission <br />would meet weekly until further notice. <br /> <br />Ms. Harryman advised that the Commission will have a meeting if it is legally feasible. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank requested staff to inform the Commission when the backlog is done <br />so the meetings can go back to its regular schedule. <br /> <br />4. Zoning for the properties is PUD-I <br />(Planned Unit Development – Industrial) District. <br /> <br />Marvin Kitterman, representing Gorman Roofing Services, indicated that he wished to <br />speak on the item. <br /> <br />Ms. Harryman requested that a motion be made to remove the item from the Consent <br />Calendar.
