The term "Insurance Reserve Fund Requirement" means the amount of Thousand Dollars ($ ). The term "Lease" means this Facility Lease (Capital Projects I and II), as originally executed and recorded or as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended pursuant to the provisions hereof. The term "Lease Fund" means the fund of that name established in Section 4(b) hereof. The term "Permitted Investments" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Trust Agreement. The term "Projects" means Capital Projects I and II. The term "Rebate Certificate" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Trust Agreement. The term "Site Lease" means that lease, entitled "Site Lease (Capital Project I)" and dated as of October 1, 1987, between the City, as lessor, and the Corporation, as lessee. The term "Trust Agreement" means the trust agreement, dated as of October 1, 1987, by and among the Trustee, the Corporation and the City, pursuant to which the Trustee will execute and deliver the Certificates. The term "Trustee" means Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association appointed as trustee pursuant to the Trust Agreement, and any successor appointed under the Trust Agreement. The term "Water Revenue Bond Resolution" means Resolution No. 67-55 adopted by the City Council of the City on March 27, 1967, authorizing the issuance of $750,000 principal amount of City of Pleasanton 1967 Water Revenue Bonds, and all resolutions amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto hereafter adopted by said City Council. The term "Written Request of the City" means an instrument in writing signed by the City Manager of the City, or by the Director of Finance of the City, or by the City Engineer of the City, or by any other officer of the City duly authorized by the City Council of the City for that purpose, with the seal of the City affixed thereon.
