10. PUD-94-04-02M, Jeff DeBernardi - accepted the application for a minor <br />modification to an approved PUD development plan (PUD-94-04) to allow an <br />increase in floor area ratio (FAR) from the required 59.3 percent to 65 percent for <br />clerestory loft additions for the properties located at Saint John Circle, Saint John <br />Court, and 4102 through 4183 Pleasanton Avenue, within the Saint John Place <br />subdivision <br />11. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1947 approving the <br />application of Michael Aminian and Mohsen Sadri for PUD Development Plan <br />approval, as filed under Case PUD-56 <br />Public Works <br />12. Authorized connection of the Howel parcel located at 6651 Alisal Street to the City <br />sanitary sewer systems, provided all connection work is done to the satisfaction of <br />the City Engineer and all costs are borne by the property owner, and he proposed <br />if extension of City services is approved by LAFCO; approved and authorized the <br />City Manager to execute the preannexation agreement; authorized filing an <br />application with LAFCO for the extension of sewer service to the Howell parcel <br />13. Public Hearing: Adopted Resolution No. 07-100 approving the Initial Study and <br />Proposed Negative Declaration for the Pimlico Drive Turnout and Waterline <br />Project, CIP No. 011012 <br />14. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to <br />contracts with BSK & Associates and Engeo Inc., increasing the authorization of <br />expenditures for existing on-call geotechnical consulting and material testing <br />services and for on-call geotechnical consulting and material testing services from <br />a not-to-exceed amount of $350,000 to $400,000 <br />15. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute contracts with Tetra Tech, <br />Inc., in the amount $239,048 to provide construction management services and <br />Garber Engineering in the amount of $81,600 to provide construction-related <br />services for the Vineyard Corridor Water Booster Pump Station and Turnout No. 6 <br />Improvement Projects <br />Motion: It was m/s by Thorne/Sullivan, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />recommended.
